Freediving Vigdel

Videl is one of my favourite spots to go freediving in Stavanger. The advantage of freediving at Vigdel is that it’s close to town and easily accessible. It was our first proper trip this year, because we’d been plagued by bad weather earlier, but the end of April is as good as any time to jump back into the water. The water temperature was a chilly 8 degrees Celcius, so the fish were nowhere to be found, but the light was fantastic and we had a great time exploring the caves. Freediving Vigdel is always a great time. A tip for watching the video: wear a headset to properly enjoy the music.
